As part of your preview experience, we’re asking for your valuable feedback on operations, education, interpretive signs, safety, and your experience while on the Redwood Sky Walk.
- Before your visit please take time to fill out this survey: You can access the “Before Your Visit” survey at this link. Approximate time: 5-10 minutes.
- Right after your visit: fill this survey out within 2-4 hours of your visit. Approximate time: 10-15 minutes. The survey can be accessed here.
- Last step: You will receive a follow-up email with a link to a final post-experience survey which will feature questions about your overall time on the Redwood Sky Walk.
By participating in these surveys, you agree that we (the Sequoia Park Zoo, City of Eureka, and the City’s marketing agency of record, Eddy Alexander) can use your responses in marketing efforts to promote the Redwood Sky Walk. Your responses will be anonymous unless you agree to have your name attributed to any quotes we may use. | We love our community’s excitement for the opening of the Redwood Sky Walk at Sequoia Park Zoo. The Redwood Sky Walk is NOT open to the general public at this time as we begin a period of beta-testing. This final round of testing is an important opportunity for the City to work out any challenges encountered during a visit to the Redwood Sky Walk. Our desire is for each visitor to have a truly spectacular, one of a kind experience and create memories that will last a lifetime. We want every aspect of your visit to be perfect and can’t wait to share the Redwood Sky Walk with our community with an opening to the general public TBA. We promise it will be worth the wait! |
